Wok turners are invaluable for cooking in any wok or chef's pan. The curve of this tools fits the sloping sides of these pans perfectly. No scratching the pan because of the right angles of a traditional turner or burnt bits because a spoon doesn't get everything turned.
This one is a beautiful addition to the kitchen. The heat resistant silicone works efficiently to turn and toss meats and vegetables quickly and thoroughly. The beautiful acacia wood handle is comfortable and easy to grip.

The shape of the turner makes it much easier to use than a regular spatula to stir fry vegetables. The vegetables don’t flip out the wok so easily!
