Strong and durable hard wood handle which is very comfortable to hold. The silicone turner is perfect for high heat wok or other cooking. I like the shape of this tool for flipping meats and fish.

Durable Staub Silicone Turner!

This Staub Turner is excellent picking up and turning solid food, which makes it easier when cooking, and it works really well for frying and sauteing tools. This turner is ideally suited for all Zwilling non-stick cookware such as CFX clad, Motion, Ballarini, Alu Pro including ceramic coated pots and pans. It can be used for stainless steel cookware as well as cast iron and a ceramic bakeware helper. This turner is slightly angled for comfort, a convenient and safe feature. This Staub turner is made from long-lasting black matte silicone and eco-friendly Acacia wood. Handwashing is highly recommended.

The shape of this Staub turner fits the curve of a wok for ideal stir-frying and scooping. Black silicone can be used on non-stick, is resistant to high temperatures, and easy to clean. Comfortable Acacia wood handle with hanging loop for storage option.

Yes this wok turner is perfect for stir frying but I use it as a hamburger and french toast flipper. It is rigid so nothing falls off the turner. It works on every kind of surface without damaging even the most delicate cookware.

I love this turner for the soft silicone spoon end and the wooden handle. That way it doesn't scratch any pans or cooking surfaces. The attractive acacia wood handle is an beautiful combo with the black silicone. I use this for so much, almost daily.
