I just bought this set, for my daughter, yesterday. I was tired of coming to visit and watching her struggle with cheap, dull, knives. This 2-PC set is exactly what she needed. She was amazed at what a sharp knife can do. The balance is good. They were Very sharp right out of the box. We are very pleased with this purchase.

These were bought for us as a gift and they are a game changer in the kitchen! These knives make prepping ingredients so much easier and faster than the supermarket knives we were using before. Great sharpness and blade Sizes
