Uncanningly amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t know what to say but the first time I used this it cut the fish with ease. Actually removing the skin from the fillet was a cinch. I wish all knives were this enjoyable to use

Super sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful knife. Haven’t used it yet but I know it’s very sharp. It cut through my finger like it was butter when I was washing it. And I didn’t feel a thing.
Be aware that the angled bolster on these Pro knives can be a problem when looking for storage.
