Excellent Precision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is great for fine exact cuts, thin slicing vegetables, and shaving cheese. It is also great for sushi prep as well as fine trimming meat and fish. It has quickly become my go-to for most preparations!

Flexible and Strong

A Must Have for Every Pescatarian!
