Weight of the knife is very light and handle feels nice
Balance feel good, sharp out of the box, for a filet knife it flexes nicely making precision cuts easy

This is an excellent fillet knife that handles fish and chicken with ease. It makes clean, precise cuts and feels sharp and well-balanced. I’ve tried other knives, but this one consistently performs the best. Highly recommend.

This is an elite knife to have In your kitchen. It’s extremely durable, sharp and flexible allowing you to get precise clean cuts. The handle allows for great balance throughout the entire knife allowing for everyday cooks to cut like seasoned professionals.

My new Zwilling filet knife is everything I wanted. Sharp and flexible it makes trimming the silver (tendon) off my pork tenderloin a breeze. A great addition to my five other Zwilling knives.
