FLEX and then some

I have never seen a knife bend to your will as this one does! my husband filleted a fish practically one handed! It was so much fun to watch and he thought he was having all the fun doing the filleting!easy to hold stays really sharp and does what its supposed to do, winner!

Best fillet knife

I love this fillet knife. It is so flexible and sharp that it makes the job seamless. The curved bolster is a great fit in your hand and helps give the knife greater stability. I truly think this is the best fillet knife on the market.

Wonderful knife

I don't like to have skin on my fish, so I am so happy I purchased this knife. Before I had this, I just tried using a paring knife and I would cut off so much flesh that I would make sure to buy extra, but now I have no more waste!

Long enough length to handle pretty good-sized fish skinning. Stain-proof steel nice for job it's made for. Extended flange helps get through cut easier.

The flexibility of this knife allows for precise removal of bones from fish, peels from citrus and also is a great knife to use segmenting fruit. So easy to use and its fits comfortable in my hand. The curved bolster helps direct your grip to the proper chef pinch that helps to use a knife and get maximum performance.

perfect fillets

Its hard to find a high end fillet knife these days. This one is great. The blade is so thing and flexible. I can get right close to the skin to remove it in one fluid motion with no waste. The quality Zwilling German steel gives me comfort and confidence in the blade no matter how much i flex it. It is very easy to sharp and gives great fillets every time.
