This knife appear to be strong as well as durable and flexible. I was able to slice a tomato and demonstrated as soon as I’ve ever have before in my life, which was pretty cool.

The balance is exceptional along with the flexibility and sharpness. It makes it easy to get a precise cut on the meat. The knife fits almost perfectly in my rather small hand.
