We have always used Zwilling and will always use it. Definitely one of our favorite knives for de-boning as well as trimming briskets. We highly recommend this product, as it will last a lifetime!

The Zwilling Pro filet knife is the best I've ever owned!
Extremely sharp, hold an edge for long time!
Very comfortable in large hands and the weight is great.

Paper thin slices.

I love a good one and this sure qualifies as such. Tried it out on an old soft tomato and I was able to slide it paper thin. Can’t wait to try it on my meats to tidy them up before they are smoked.
