I needed a filet knife.

I was given a Zwilling knife as a gift. They are a very good set of knives, but it did not come with a filet knife. Using the utility knife in the set did not work well in cleaning and filet a fish. I can’t wait to use my new filet knife.

Super ergonomic and flexable I use it to butcher all my steaks and my hands never get sore. The knife stays super sharp and good for precision cuts.
