[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t know what to say but the first time I used this it cut the fish with ease. Actually removing the skin from the fillet was a cinch. I wish all knives were this enjoyable to use

A Must Have for Every Pescatarian!

I use it to fillet every and any type of fish that I purchase. An absolute must-have for everyone, must especially us real pescatarians!
