[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes filleting easy! Works wonders removing fish skin. Also fabulous for removing silver skin in beef and that tough membrane on the back of baby back ribs. Definitely recommend!

Super sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful knife. Haven’t used it yet but I know it’s very sharp. It cut through my finger like it was butter when I was washing it. And I didn’t feel a thing.
Be aware that the angled bolster on these Pro knives can be a problem when looking for storage.
