Filet knife king

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is excellent for all types of meats that you need to cut, fish, beef, chicken, ect... the knife is always sharp, hardly do I ever need to get it sharpened, its flexible and perfectly balanced on the had making for a very consistent experience when cutting fat, bone ect from your piece of meat

Sharp and flexible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this knife as an extra for my birthday to add to the set that I got for Father's day and I love it. I haven't used a sharper for knife and the flex in the blade is incredible with a full return to true.

Best filet knife ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a perfect fillet knife! I live in Alaska and fillet mini salmon and halibut and this knife performs better than any knife I have ever used to do this task. I would highly recommend this as your fillet knife of choice.

Good to the bone!
