Filleting fish is a breeze

Impressive fillet knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I come from other high end German and Japanese knives, but had never bought a fillet knife before. I knew I needed one and it just so happened there was a roadshow with these knives at a great price point, so I figured why not give it a try. All I can say is why did I wait so long to get a good filleting knife. Makes trimming meats and filleting fish immensely easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sleek and the weight is well balanced. The blade is very sharp and flexible. This knife is great to filet fish. In addition, it can be used to cut watermelon and cantelope from the rind.

Watch your fingers! Sharp & versatile…
