Best filleting knife EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been cleaning fish for over 50 years. I’ve always used a cheap filet knife. I was introduced to Zwilling Pro series knives many years ago and have a great collection but never thought about a filet knife. My man bought the 7 inch filet knife for me and WOW WOW!! The expression “like a hot knife through warm butter” definitely applies when I filet fish. Great great addition to my collection!

Excellent Addition to my Knife Block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great knife to use for Filleting Fish or Boning meat, works great for either task. it is a welcome addition to all my other Zwilling knives. The grip is very ergonomic and feels very well balanced a pleasure to use. It's very sharp blade slices very easily.
