Fantastic filet knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this knife for home use after my son who is a butcher, had been using the same knife to successfully filet many products. This knife is great for not only traditional pork, beef and poultry work but also for skinning fish. Would recommend it to anyone for its flexibility as a knife blade as well as in the products it will successfully filet.
