Having never really owned professional knives before my husband has been thrilled with it’s light weight and flexibility. Cuts through fish like they are butter. Having a larger hand he finds the handle easy to grip and hold! Thank you so much for such a wonderful product!

Great first impressions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first swilling knife, but it will not be my last. I have used the knife and handful of times so far, but have been thoroughly impressed with each use. The blade is extremely sharp out of the package. It is perfectly weighted and my hand is comfortable while handling it. The knife feels so precise when using it, and the blade is extremely flexible for getting a close cut - even with awkwardly shaped, hard to reach areas. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed and have no issues with the knife at all.
