I received them at Christmas and have used it without disappointment! Beautifully balanced and comfortable,not too mention sharp! I want nothing else in my hand when I’m the kitchen other than another Miyabi knife like my carving or my rocker! Hands down best knives ever!!! You absolutely get what you pay for here!

Perfect size handle and the perfect weight— not too light but not too heavy. Can use for all types of cutting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a chief knife which I use for just about everything however my hands are small and if I am preping a lot then it is a little unwieldy. This multipurpose knife is well balanced especially for smaller hands and in a pinch is small enough to use as a pairing knife. What else can I say it has a wonderful edge, it is super sharp and beautiful to look at.
