A classic knife with modern touches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this knife screams craftsmanship; the fit and finish of the handle, the rounded spine, the polish of the steel.
The Nakiri is a classic Japanese knife shape, and it is ground to a razor thin blade, making it a pleasure to slice though vegetables.
This knife deviates from its classic roots with its handle, the riveted contoured grip takes inspiration from Western-style knives, but that change, makes all the difference for staving off fatigue during long periods of prep work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife so much. It holds an edge with the best of them but holds up to my daily job as a cook. Slices super clean and has a good size for a one for all things knives.

Balanced, sharp, comfortable
