[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels well balanced, quite ubstantial and very sharp. First use was to cut through a thick pizza. It was effortless. A bit touchy to clean cheese off the sharp blade, but I should have rinsed it off immediately.

Lightweight and Versatile

This is an elegant knife that at first glance looks heavy. However, it is quite lightweight and versatile, easier to handle than expected. Sliced ginger with ease. Beautiful in form and function, we are very pleased.
