I just bought this santoku knife and it's my first one from Zwilling brand. it has quickly become my go-to knife in the kitchen! It feels nicely balanced in the hand, not too heavy, and the handle is comfortable even during marathon cooking sessions. The blade was very sharp right out of the box and slices through veggies, meat, and even delicate things like herbs without much effort. I like the hollow edge because food doesn’t stick as much, which makes chopping faster and efficient. It def feels like a knife I won’t have to replace for many years (hopefully!) happy chopping everyone!

This is an excellent addition to the set of Four Star knives my wife and I got as a wedding gift over 30 years ago. It's got a great handle and is very well-balanced. Like our other Four Stars, it cuts beautifully with minimal sharpening, and holds an edge for a long time.

I’m not chef, I just cook stuff at home. I’m coming from the Babish clef knife, which served its purpose, but I was ready for an upgrade. I landed on this when I saw the deal on it. This knife is a perfect blade for me. It just feels good in the hand and cuts like a dream.
