Poor quality handle

The blade was nice and sharp but the handle was a huge disappointment. Expected a heavier weight handle and of the same quality as my other knives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought this santoku knife and it's my first one from Zwilling brand. it has quickly become my go-to knife in the kitchen! It feels nicely balanced in the hand, not too heavy, and the handle is comfortable even during marathon cooking sessions. The blade was very sharp right out of the box and slices through veggies, meat, and even delicate things like herbs without much effort. I like the hollow edge because food doesn’t stick as much, which makes chopping faster and efficient. It def feels like a knife I won’t have to replace for many years (hopefully!) happy chopping everyone!
