We know more than a handful of friends who has variety Four Star. These Santoku is the most used collection and has the most feedback from everybody. Grab one and you'll explore using it everyday in your kitchen.

Looking for a durable and comfortable santoku? Look no further than this Four Star one! Utilize this guy for all of your chopping and mincing tasks in the kitchen and watch as the hollow edge divets on the blade help to guide your food up and off of the knife. The Four Star handles are extra comfortable so you never have to worry about your hand getting fatigued.

Chop and dice away with this super sharp light weight forged knife. The hollow edge helps release food from the blade. Santokus are a Japanese knife style so they will have less resistance when cutting than western chefs knives

Four Star has stood the test of time. Forged knife made in Germany with a molded handle. This Santoku has a nice weight and acute edge angle for mincing, slicing and dicing. Excellent long lasting edge retention.

Four Star is a classic! On the market since the 1970's this knife has stood the test of time and still looks fresh and relevant.
The molded handle feels secure and fits nicely into the hand. The balance is great and the edge stays sharp due to the ice-hardening process.
This is a great knife to use on veggies.

I was looking for a Japanese Santoku Knife but couldn't afford one made in Japan. I bought this because it was manufactured by Zwilling so knew it would be good quality. I'm really happy with my choice and use it for chopping vegetables for stir-fry.

Broad, Sharp Santoku made from the best German stainless steel. forged for balance yet not too heavy. Hollow edge to prevent excessive food sticking to blade.
