I never understood the meaning of balance, let alone how much of a difference it makes while cutting meat until I used this knife. It sounds silly, but it’s now a “delight” to cut meat! I love these knives.

This is what we paid for; quality, sturdy knives. Sharper than expected. One slice will go through a thick cut, even gristle. Goodbye to sawing. I wanted to pay for quality, and so far, we’re not disappointed. Order arrived very quickly, also, I’d say less than 10 days.

Based on our experience with larger kitchen knives in this series, we purchased the set so Steak Knives. Expensive, yes, but with a little maintenance these should be the last steak knives we ever buy (& we can probably leave them to our kids). Beautiful balance & weight in your hand from the single piece of steel. The blade is razor sharp and as we have learned, will keep the edge well. We did get 5” covers (they should come with these) and a good sharpener. With regular touch ups, only the “Fine” sharpener should be needed.
