I never understood the meaning of balance, let alone how much of a difference it makes while cutting meat until I used this knife. It sounds silly, but it’s now a “delight” to cut meat! I love these knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 7 other Pro S knives, but still had cheaper serrated Henkel steak knives. Bought 6 to complete my block set. The straight edge is super sharp and cuts through beef, chicken, pork whatever your please with ease!

I have almost completed my complete set of German made Henckels. I have 4 more of these knives to complete my set. These are the best steak knives I have ever used and they look beautiful on the table. I have a complete set of serrated steak knives but I like these so much more.
