I bought these after a recommendation from my son, who has a lot of experience when it comes to cooking and food prep. I must say, the Quality of these knives is outstanding. Very sharp and designed to do exactly as they were meant to. I can see what I have been missing now.

Great with one question

Just got these for Christmas had one knife and loved it so we bought the 10 piece set. Great job on the Christmas turkey.
Question: Sharpening Use & Care manual seems to say sharpen at a 20° angle but the only sharpeners you sell are 10° or 15° Hummm. What do you suggest.

Great price for a set made in Germany. Few smaller knives which I like. Very comfortable. Not too heavy. I found set/4 steak knives to add to the steak knife slots.

Hard to believe the price for a German made knife set from Zwilling. Although stamped versus being forged, the knives are a great weight, perform superbly, and getting 8 knives gives you all the cutting power you need. This set kept is sharp edge for months.

This is a great value for a knife set made in Germany. The knives are lighter in weight, which can be helpful when cutting for longer periods of time. The inclusion of a Slicing knife is a nice plus. These aren’t usually included in a set, and they’re good to have for when you need to carve a turkey or ham.

The block that has it all

This compact block contains just the right amount of knives and the necessary ones at that! The knives themselves are lightweight but still have tremendous durability and live up to the Zwilling reputation, even as a stamped blade. The handles are nice and comfortable too!

Exceptional value for this German made cutlery. In addition to your most used everyday knives, set includes a carving and handy peeling knife. Steak sets readily available online to completely fill the storage block.
