Beautiful high quality set. nicely weighted and very comfortable to hold. Nice sharp points for accurate fine slicing as well.
Replaces a 30 year old set so I am familiar with long lasting quality sure I will enjoy theses knives for many years to come.

I’ve used a Henckel for years. But it wasn’t holding an edge anymore. Decided it was time to move up to Zwilling. Beautiful knives that live up to the hype. Light weight and well balanced. We’ll see how the edge holds up.

Still the classic German high quality knife in the pro s trim. Great balance and sharpness out of the box.
Pearing knife is slim for ease of handling.
In a world full of enshitifaction good to know some things are still quality.

I bought this set to replace the same set purchased over 20 years ago and the quality doesnt feel the same. My old set feels better in my hand, the old set is heavier and the handle doesnt feel as cheap. Knives were are very sharp, but thinner and lighter. Over time I may come to like this new set more.
