We added this knife to our collection several months ago. To say it is an awesome knife is a tremendous understatement! It is easy to handle, maintains extreme sharpness, and is beautiful to look at! Highly recommend!

Proper Japanese chef's knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Japanese knives to compare against. Initial observation is that the knife is well balanced and sharp. Uniform dimpling on the kerf half from the forging process.
