Phenomenally sharp, light weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not only a beautifully crafted knife it is also extremely useful tool. So far I’ve cut up two whole chickens and a duck, diced 10 onions, 6 carrots, portioned 3lbs of semi-thawed cod without a stutter or hesitation and this knife still looks and performs out of the box new.
The balance is excellent with a pinch grip, no issues with slipping or control. This is a light blade. Not a heavy German style chopper that I turn on its side to smash garlic, but a precision slicer and cutter.
I don’t make a habit of twisting or torquing or prying with cutting implements, so I can’t speak to those uses, but with normal use and hand washing I expect this knife to be one of my go-tos for a long time to come.
Not to mention that everyone who’s seen it remarks on how lovely it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought originally as a curiosity, its become one of my go to knives for dicing veggies and herbs. Suitably sharp otb, this is a santoku on steroids of a sort with a wickedly nimble and versatile tip. Surprisingly comfortable grip for this hopeless lefty in many different configurations despite the d shape handle.

Great Quality
