Best knife I've ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always liked santoku style kitchen knives, but this is the first rocking style one I've seen. I couldn't be happier with this knife! It slices through everything like a dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome knife. Very sharp and comfortable in the hand. Sliced through a tomato like butter. I was able to cut paper thin slices with it directly from package.

7 inch santoku rocking knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely sharp and really cool looking piece. I am an executive Chef for a 4.5 star, revolving supper club in a very nice hotel. This is my new favorite knife. Not meant for bone and shell fish etc.

Best knife I’ve ever owned!

It cuts like a dream. I hardly have to put any pressure on the knife whatsoever for it to just glide right through whatever I’m cutting. It’s beautiful to boot!
