Beautiful Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Santoku came absolutely razor sharp, paper test cut with no resistance. Feels amazing in the hand even when wet and juicy. This will be my #1 used knife in the kitchen for sure.

What a wonderful knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Until you own a great knife, you don’t know what you’re missing. These Miyabi knives are both beautiful and most importantly, super sharp. They cut with precision and make you feel like a professional chef, even if you’re not. Throughout the years, I have gotten rid of all of my “Lesser“ knives and moved his strictly to gorgeous, high carbon steel knives by Miyabi. I highly recommend them.
