It’s also perfect for quick vegetable work down to the fine cuts thanks to the lightness of it. I would definitely recommend it to any home or pro chef to add to their collection

Light weight, easy control, perfect balance! The handle is the perfect width to give you that sturdy grip and get those fine cuts in one shot!
