Incredibly sharp! 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had nicer quality knives for over a decade, with a set of Wüsthof Grand Prix II and a few artisan knives. This is newer but when chopping vegetables for a stew, even after using our recently-sharpened set — this shows how sharp a Japanese santoku is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super balanced and beautiful knife. Honestly not much more you can ask for a chef's knife. You can use it to dice onions, cut fruit, or chop meat, a great overall knife!
