[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need just one glimpse at this knife to tell how great it is. Then, when you use it you discover that it is 10 times greater. The sharp edge doesn’t let you down and the knife looks really beautifull with the Damascus pattern. I definitely recommend this knife for any chef who want a reliable, strong and long lasting knife.

Such an easy knife to use for beginners!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lady at the store was so nice at finding me the perfect knife. I was looking for something affordable and easy to use. I've always cut my food using the rocking motion so this knife is perfect and it's like cutting through butter. I like that it has multiple layers so it's sharper than other single layer stainless steel knives and has those ridges to prevent food sticking.

Best knife I’ve ever owned!

It cuts like a dream. I hardly have to put any pressure on the knife whatsoever for it to just glide right through whatever I’m cutting. It’s beautiful to boot!

7 inch santoku rocking knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely sharp and really cool looking piece. I am an executive Chef for a 4.5 star, revolving supper club in a very nice hotel. This is my new favorite knife. Not meant for bone and shell fish etc.
