Major Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the primary cook in my household and it’s something I enjoy doing, at 33 I have spent my adult hood using cheap box store knives and finally decided to step up to something with some quality. I do a lot of slicing and liked the idea of maintaining the rocking ability that most chef lives have so I went with the rocking santoku and absolutely love it. It’s solid in the hand but making chopping easily, but no so heavy that it’s annoying. It’s incredibly sharp and the finish is from the handle to the blade is like nothing you can get on a cheap knife. Very pleased home cook here!!
