The Perfect all-around knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as my chef's knife, and I have yet to find anything it won't do the trick for. After almost a year, I finally took it in to be sharpened, not because it was dull in anyway, but only because there was a small kink in the knife. Amazing how well it holds up and works, and it's a very comfortable weight and balance
