I love this 8" fry pan! It is the perfect size, weight and coating. I can saute onions and peppers and turn them into a beautiful omelette. the eggs move so much easier on the pan than any pan I've ever had. The handle is so comfortable too! The temp is very even and the stay cool handles make cooking a breeze. I confess, I do put pans in the dishwasher but these have not been any worse for the wear of the dishwasher, so there is that!

The DuraSlide surface on Madura pans has been proving itself for years. safe and long-lasting...oven safe to 350 as well.

I use this pan daily and love how quickly I can get things done in this pan. It is a great conductor of heat, and distributes the heat evenly. I use it for single batch for fried potatoes, hamburgers, grilled cheese, eggs, even a small frittata! Super lightwieght but frys like a cast iron and cleans up with a soft spounge.

After visiting a Zwilling store in CA i had to try their product. Absolutely the best! 8" is my favorite for eggs, omletts, etc., 9-1/2" is perfect for most other things, 11" gets a little heavy but well worth it. There is no better, easier to clean non-stick pan.

Eggs and Omelets!

This pan will quickly become your favorite egg and omelet pan. It is made from forged aluminum construction and has excellent heat retention. Heats up quickly, evenly and maintains an even heat throughout the cooking process. The Duraslide granite nonstick coating is 40 times more durable than other traditional fry pans. Food slides right out it making clean up a breeze. Oven safe up to 400F on the stove top and 300F in the oven, perfect for a frittata. Dishwasher safe is a nice bonus.
