consumers: don’t use metal utensils on inside!

even though you claim that the non-stick protection can tolerate metal utensils,
my experience is different: my 10” non stick Henckles fry pan (which i had already purchased on Amazon) now has tiny scratches on the inside, after using my stainless steel spatula a few times..., so now I only use my bamboo utensils. If I were Henckles, i would recommend to consumers to NOT use metal utensils, (unless they don't mind scratches...) I do mind scratches and now I wished I had been alerted! thank you!

Great nonstick

I absolutely love my Italian made Madura fry pan. This five layer nonstick fry pan is amazing and really releases the food so well. It can get a nice sear on meat which is not always something you can get with nonsticks. It has a great weight to it, and I love that the pan doesn’t have rivets. I use this everyday, I love the size of the 8” and it still looks like new after owning it for two years. I loved it so much, I bought this for my friend and she loves it too.

I like this pan for omelettes and hash browns. It's my "go to" breakfast pan! the surface is durable and have not had any issues with this pan. this pan will wipe clean with a moist paper towel. No rivets inside the pot makes it even easier to keep clean.

Like the thickness of these fry pans for their heat retention. Great searing, browning and even cooking. Excellent non-stick surface for doing egg dishes. Absence of rivets makes for easy clean up.

These pans from Madura are lightweight and easy to handle and use. They clean up easily and well - just soak and the residue comes right out. Makes cooking eggs, omelettes, frittatas, hash browns a cinch. I use this pan almost daily and it holds up well.
