[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent sturdy & safe nonstick you can rely on, no rivets on the cooking surface at the handle attachment means a beautiful tortilla or other egg dishes. Perfect for my food styling work, small, light, works on all cooking modes: electric, gas, induction. All in all, a perfect and affordable, safe and trustworthy pan when I must have a clean release on food builds. 8” is a great size for certain dishes and effects.
