Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great knife for almost al kitchen tasks. Large enough to chop an onion and break down a chicken, but small enough for pealing.

I never knew a knife could be this good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 49 years old and always thought I had decent knives. I was so wrong. My 15 yr old son helps me cook and I had him try it on the chicken. He stopped and said this is a bunch of bull-where have these been all my life?? I purchased a 4” paring knife, 5.5” prep/chef’s knife, & 8” chef’s knife to start my set. I will definitely continue to add to my collection. Customer service was easy to contact with questions, and the arrived promptly in the mail. LOVE THESE KNIVES!
