Sharp, well-balanced, no place for food to hide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very high-quality, comfortable size knife for my hands to use, there's no place for food to hide, and it's very washable. I've enjoyed the Zwilling 8" chef's knife and feel that this will become my #1 favorite knife for chopping medium/small veggies.

For the in between jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect knife for quick in between slicing jobs. For when you don’t want to break out the big guns. Some fatigue may arise if used for extended periods as it is not as beefy as a chefs knife but this will make quick work of small to medium items
