High quality Zwilling Peak (10) piece cookware set. Have only had the set a little over a week now, but through the use of the pots & pans so far, they are an awesome set of cookware! Nice weight to each piece. Solid. It's great that even the fry pans have lids that fit them, don't see that too often. Searing is a breeze, release of the protiens is fantastic with no sticking, and great carmelization is achieved with the hybrid combo of the ceramic coating & raised stainless interiors. The pots & pans heat up nicely & stay heated evenly through the cook. My next buy could be the 12" fry pan, but it would be really nice to see Zwilling come out with a Peak Series large wok to match! Would snag one of those right away!! Highly recommend the Zwilling Peak hybrid cookware set.

This cookware set is the truth!

Purchased these pans as a Christmas Gift to myself. These are the real deal. Comparing these to the hexclad brand is not even fair. These are a fraction of the price for a complete set and they truly are non stick and easy to clean. I always use a little oil just to be safe but YOU NEED VERY LITTLE. The first time I used these with a non stick olive oil spray, my omelet was sliding all over the place. Trust less is more. I have cooked eggs, bacon, fried chicken, french toast, pancakes, steak, salmon ad more. Every time the food cooks and sears amazing. Because these pots hold heat so well you have to get use to the temperature on them so you don't burn anything. A lower flame will work the same as a bigger flame would with your old cookware. Long term that's also better for your gas or electric bill depending on your oven type. These are far more durable than the Caraway that I had and AGAIN truly is non-stick.
This cookware is a great investment, that is metal safe(although I still purchased silicone food grade utensils to be safe on the product but also tested the metal utensils I already had on them before the other set came), induction compatible and looks really nice when you are cooking with it. Plus the warranty on these are amazing. This is a professional grade set of cookware for a reasonable price.
Do yourself a favor and check these out or get as a house warming gift. You will not be disappointed with this set.

My family and I have been long-time Zwilling customers. Nearly our entire kitchen is outfitted with your products, and until now we’ve consistently been impressed with the quality and performance. We’ve recommended your brand to friends and family without hesitation.
Unfortunately, our experience with the 10-pc Ceramic Hybrid Nonstick Cookware Set has been deeply disappointing.
After only a few uses, the coating has begun to deteriorate and come off. Food sticks to the surface—even when we carefully follow all recommended usage and care instructions. We’re experienced with nonstick cookware and understand the importance of proper heat levels, utensils, and cleaning practices. Despite taking those precautions, the performance has been consistently poor, not just for one pot/pan, but all.
At this point, the pieces are effectively unusable. This is the first time we’ve encountered an issue with any Zwilling product, which makes the situation especially surprising and frustrating given our long-standing loyalty to the brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
