Just what we needed, to replace one that went missing in our 25 year old Four Star set.

Not entirely sure...but..may be Zwilling's most popular paring knife. Old-time German stainless is quite reasonable, holds edge and forged for balance. try one.

Best little knife in the kitchen

I love this knife because it can tackle so many tasks in the kitchen! I love using this for everything from peeling and slicing garlic to cutting up apples. I love the handle on this knife because it is so comfortable to use and the notch at the end makes me feel very secure when I'm holding it.

Great Handle

The lightweight handle on this knife makes it great to use in your hand when peeling or cutting fruit. The blade is premium forged steel made in Germany, so you know it will last a lifetime. The 4” blade gives you more versatility than smaller blades, and is a good option if you’re only getting one paring knife.
We had a bunch of mismatched paring knives that we had acquired over the years. Bought this one to go with our other Zwilling knives to fit our old knife block. The others now sit unused in the drawer.

Have to agree with what others are saying about this knife. So comfortable to use, and sharp and exact as a parer should be. Great price for such a good knife.

Still going strong

I bought a four star set years ago and somewhere along the line I lost my pairing knife. It was so long ago I wasnt sure I would be able to get a replacement. They still make it. And why would they stop, its a classic. I love the comfort of the handle material. And German made and German steel still today.
