A fantastic all purpose knife suitable for fine, delicate work. As always Zwillings knives hold an edge longer than other popular German brands and take a lot of abuse bouncing right back with a few swipes on the honing steel.

I have had my original set of these knives for 30 years. Other than having to have them sharpen periodically, they have shown no wear and tear. They are well balanced, and comfortable to use. Unfortunately, my paring knife fell into the garbage disposal, handle down. I bought a replacement and was thrilled to see that it is exactly like the one that was gifted to me 30 years ago! Thank you!!
