A Four Star 4" paring knife is my go-to knife for cutting or peeling fruit. LOve the feel and grip of this line.

Veggie knife perfection

This is such an awesome knife for fruits and vegetables. It's very light weight which helps with fatigue from lots of food prep. It has a very sharp edge that can handle any task and it stays sharp. If I only had two knives, this would definitely be one of them.

Everyone needs a perfect paring knife for kitchen use, backyard b-b-qs, picnics and those Summer concerts & camping! This one does the trick for cutting those small items in your hand & peeling apples. The Four Star is a great groups of knives and the paring is no exception!

Stays Sharp Longer

Four Star knives go through a patented ice hardening process so they stay sharp longer and that makes a difference on your paring knife because it gets used so frequently. I reach for my 4" paring knife for everything from peeling and cutting apples to cutting vegetable crudites.

Sharp, lightweight

This pairing knife is so awesome! It is super lightweight for a German knife, my grandma even uses it! It is made with super tough steel, so I don't have to worry about the knife chipping or not holding it's edge. It is super sharp!

I just love the weight of this little guy, not to heavy which is perfect since I am doing all of the paring/cutting in my hand. The stainless steel in this blade is extremely rust resistant, and stays sharper than any parer I've ever owned. It's a great length and the slight curvature is perfect to go from peeling my apple to slicing off a nice piece to pop into my mouth in a quick and easy series of motions! wow, what a great price to boot!
