Fantastic Paring Knife

I purchased this a few days ago and I love it. It's an all-around fantastic paring knife. It's weighty but not too heavy and it fits comfortably in my hand. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again or recommend it to a friend.

I find that a paring knife is so versatile and the 4" is one of my favorites. Four Star is a good sturdy knife and comfortable to use.

If you like to hand pare, for example an apple, this is the knife for you. Its slim and flexible to do little jobs that a big knife cant do. I find myself grabbing it for everything. It works especially well for decorative vegetable work.
