[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sharpness. Fits my hand perfectly. Only deficit is it should have a knife covering to prevent injury when not in use.

Awesome paring knife but poor service

I bought my first Henckels Four Star knives back in the early '80s, when I really couldn't afford them. So glad I did! Some of these knives I've had for literally 40 years. And they are still good. (Really did not need that 10" slicer, though) I have given these knives as gifts to a number of friends, and they love them! I like the handles, the weight, and they retain an edge well. (AND stick to wood or silicone/plastic (not rock hard) cutting boards).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sharp and handles well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife came in a timely manner. It is very sharp and fits well in hand. I will use it daily for fruit and veggies. Wish it came with a little sheath to protect it and our fingers when being stored.

I used my 3 inch paring knife for at least 20 years and when it was lost, I was upset that I immediately tore my kitchen apart trying to find it! My husband is being a wonderful man helping me clean when I am unable to do so anymore but neither one of us was unable to find it. I can’t do without this knife so ordered it the next day! I’m happy I ordered this knife because it has never shown up! Thanks for making an old woman happy! .
