Best little knife with big performance

Smooth and precise

I have had the Zwilling J.A. Henckels Four Star set for over 15 years! I had to order this knife because my wife accidentally through it away!!! They keep their edge, and are not overly hard to recondition when the need comes. The best knives I have ever had by far!!! From time to time we will have people visit and want to cook for us. Once they use our knives they are flabbergasted at how sharp and precise they are...No better validation needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used many knives, I always come back to my trusty Zwilling JA Henckels original Four Star. I have quite a few of them, some even duplicates ! What I like the best about this line is the straight edge (vs curvy, rocking) & the smooth clean handles.
