[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife today and I am so glad I picked this! It is so comfortable to hold and the knife has a great balance, I love chopping fruits with it! And peeling apples and potatoes hasn’t been any easier!

Can’t believe I didn’t have this before

The quality of construction and the balance of these knives is outstanding. Finally adding the paring knife and regretting I didn’t make the purchase sooner.

I was lucky enough to find this knife about 8 yrs ago in a thrift store, it was fairly old when I got it. Best paring knife I’ve ever had and kept an edge well. Good balance and fit my hand perfect. Had to go out of town and when I got back my knife was gone.
I immediately went online and got the same one. She’s a beauty, just like the old one but new. My number one knife out of my collection.
