Received the 4-inch Paring knife 38 yrs ago when we married and it has always been the little workhorse of small kitchen cutting tasks. Great for small hands. I had to replace it after it was thrown out with peelings into the compost pile and broken by the rotor tiller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a 4" paring knife most the time & this one is the best I've ever owned. The handle fits my small hand, it it lightweight but feels strong cutting thru tougher foods. The handle design without rivets & seams makes less areas for bacteria to grow. It stays very sharp & easy to sharpen correctly. I like it is forged steel instead of stamped. I'm so glad I buought it & know it will be my kitchen partner for many years!!
