Incredibly sharp and easy to handle. Light but noticeable to your grip. I have wasted several tomatoes amazing myself with how thin I can cut them. Paper thin. Try paper thin tomatoes on a cracker with cheese.

Thats where I found this knife, this is the sharpest most awesome knife I've ever owned. it is craaaaazy sharp, plus the warranty is amazing. Best knife company ever.

My favorite do everything knife! Love how it feels in my hand, and is perfect for doing small cutting jobs, and getting the melon separated from the rind. Love this knife!
