This knife is the perfect size for almost everything. It stays sharp for a very long time, even with daily use, and takes just a moment to re-sharpen in my Zwilling sharpener.

High quality if pricey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grip is comfortable, the knife is sharp and it has good balance. I have not yet used it long enough to determine how sharp it stays and for how long, but I'm pleased with the quality even if the price was steep.

Love my new paring knife!
