Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the weight and feel of this knife. Fits well in small and large hands. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is there is a very slight ridge where the shank meets the handle. However this does not make any difference in the great sharp edge and use of the knife.

New house! Needed more knives!

Felt wrong being in my primary house with just one paring knife. Bought now another, so many years later, to fix the problem. These are workhorse knives you can’t live without!
